Peak hours are 6 a.m.-9 p.m (7 p.m. as noted on some plans). Mon.-Fri. Off-Peak (AKA 'Night and Weekend') hrs. are 9 p.m.-6 a.m. Mon.-Fri. and Weekends. Credit check required. There are no early termination fees. Overage minute charges of up to $.45/min, taxes, fees and surcharges are in addition to package/plan price. Overage charges of up to up to $0.20/message for text and MMS and $0.05/kilobyte of data. The following surcharges are not required taxes or government charges: Administrative Cost Recovery charge of $1.96 and Universal Service Fee (USF) which varies quarterly. Taxes, fees and surcharges may add 9%-23% to residential bills. Mobile-to-Mobile minutes applies anytime a Mobile-to-Mobile subscriber is within the Cincinnati Bell Local Service Area, and places or receives a call from another Cincinnati Bell wireless phone.

Wireless Cancellation Billing Policy: The monthly charge for voice calling plans and features will not be prorated for the final partial month of service. The full monthly service fees will apply and you may use your full month's allotment of included-in-plan minutes, even if your service is active for only a partial month.
